Lim Kiat San is currently the Head of Commercial Operations for Indonesia at Philips, a position held since 2023. Prior to this, Lim worked as the Supply Chain Management & Operations Excellence Manager at Philips from 2018 to 2023 and was the Product Engineering Manager at Schneider Electric from 2012 to 2014. Lim also served as an Operation Manager at Powerwell Sdn Bhd from 2010 to 2012 and held a role in New Product Program Management at HP from 2000 to 2009. Lim earned a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
