Luis E.

Luis E. earned a B.S. in Energy, Business, and Finance from Penn State University and began their career through the Management Trainee Program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they developed strong leadership skills. Currently, they serve as a Distribution Lead at Philips, overseeing a high-volume medical device distribution center and a team of over 75 employees. Prior to Philips, Luis held the position of Operations Manager at Nuuly, focusing on scaling fulfillment operations, and has also worked with Target and Starbucks in roles that emphasized safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Supply Chain Management at the University of Denver, driven by a passion for continuous improvement and team development.
