Maarten Baars is a seasoned business transformation leader with 25 years of diverse experience in marketing, program management, and change management. Currently serving as a Co-Founder and Director at Auxilium Properties, Maarten plays an integral role in establishing business strategies and leading teams. Previously, Maarten held the position of Marketing Director for Ultrasound Platforms at Philips Healthcare, where they managed global product lifecycles and introduced numerous platforms. They also contributed significantly to Philips' Global Business Transformation Program, enhancing commercial capabilities and coaching employees worldwide. Maarten holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and certifications in Marketing and Project Management.
