Maarten Ceelen is the Global Head of Executive Reward at Philips, a position held since 2025. Previously, Maarten served as the Head of Reward & Performance at Van Lanschot Kempen and held various roles in HR and compensation at ING, EY, and Van Lanschot Bankiers. Maarten’s educational background includes advanced degrees in Tax Law and Fiscal Economics from Maastricht University and Tilburg University, respectively, as well as certifications in Leadership Development and Compensation & Benefits Management. Additionally, Maarten contributed to the academic field as a Student Assistant at Tilburg University.
