Madeleine Pearce is the Director of International Markets Regulatory Affairs at Philips for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. Previously, they served in various roles including Senior Quality and Regulatory Systems Manager for Africa and QA/Regulatory Affairs Manager at Abbott Diagnostics. With a strong background in regulatory affairs, they were also a Quality & Compliance Services Manager at Johnson & Johnson and a member of the SAMED Board. Madeleine represented the South African industry as a delegate for the Asian Harmonisation Working Party from 2010 to 2014. They hold a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Cape Town, which they earned from 1981 to 1986.
