Maneesh Kumar is an experienced R&D strategist with over 20 years of expertise in mechanical and hardware engineering, specializing in product development and innovation. Currently serving as a Mechanical Architect at Philips, Maneesh leads the design and validation of next-generation medical devices and oversees cross-functional collaboration for product development. Previously, Maneesh held positions as a Senior Engineering Manager at Havells India Ltd. and Lead Engineer at Siemens, where they contributed significantly to team management, project execution, and innovation management. Maneesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from M.B.M. Engineering College and a Master of Technology in Mechanical Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
