Marcin Durka is a Lean Transformation Project Manager with extensive experience in supply chain management, Lean manufacturing, and operational excellence. Marcin previously served as an Operational Excellence Expert at Philips and a Continuous Improvement Lead at Tate & Lyle, where they led productivity projects and managed teams to enhance efficiency. With a Master’s degree in Project Management from Lodz University of Technology and a proven ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions, Marcin is dedicated to improving business processes and supporting resource development. Currently, they are focused on driving Lean initiatives at Philips, utilizing their extensive skill set in multinational team environments.
