Markle Richard is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager and Technical Lead Product Safety Engineer at Philips Design. Since 1987, Markle has led a team of product safety professionals and actively participated in the IECEE Risk Management Task Force and IEC WG14.
