Matthew Altman currently serves as the Director of Engineering for R&D Software Platforms in Ultrasound at Philips since September 2023. Altman has been the Owner of FM LLC since February 2016, running a boutique development shop focused on proof of concepts, seed stage development, and consulting. Previously, Altman held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at ServiceTitan from February 2019 to July 2023, where significant enhancements in mobile development were achieved. Prior to that role, Altman was the Senior Director of Engineering for Mobile at DTS, Inc., leading the launch of new audio processing products and defining strategic direction for the mobile market. Experience also includes managerial roles at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Liquid Entertainment, Clairvoyant, Climax Studios, Studio Mythos, and Treyarch. Matthew Altman earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with an emphasis on Parallelism and Distributed Systems from California State University, Northridge.
