Mel Allen, FACHE, FAHRA, is a Principal and Practice Operations Leader at Philips Healthcare, where they manage multiple complex project work streams and lead consulting teams as part of the global Healthcare Transformation network. Previously, they served as a Strategic Marketing Director, focusing on launching new services to improve patient outcomes. Mel has over 20 years of experience in healthcare management, having held roles such as Business Development Director and Principal Consultant, with expertise in various medical fields including radiology, oncology, and healthcare finance. They earned a B.S.R.T. in Nuclear Medicine from the University of Oklahoma, an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma City University, and a JD from Purdue Global Law School.
