Merel Dessens is currently the X-business Solutions Deliverability Leader at Philips, where they focus on creating standards for exceptional customer experiences and enhancing operational processes. Previously, Merel held various roles in companies including Jacobs Douwe Egberts and Philips Benelux, contributing expertise in fields such as coffee roasting, service management, and lean methodologies. Merel earned a Master’s degree in Chemical Technology from Delft University of Technology.
