With experience as a Battalion Operations Officer, Battalion Adjutant, and Node Platoon Leader in the US Army, Michael led logistical support operations, managed personnel actions, and oversaw communications infrastructure for large teams. Transitioning into the corporate sector, Michael held several key roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Senior Sourcing Program Leader and Senior Director of Revenue Management, where initiatives led to significant revenue growth.
