Mikala Morris, CAPM, is currently the Compliance Learning Operations Sr. Manager at Philips, bringing over ten years of experience in quality and performance management. They have held various roles, including Quality Project Manager at Philips and Manager of Quality Management at Cerner Corporation, where they managed projects and enhanced policy documentation. With a background that includes significant consulting positions, Mikala has implemented Quality Management Systems and conducted compliance auditing in accordance with international standards. Mikala obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing from Virginia Tech.
