Mikhail Tikh is a Mechanical Design Engineer and an ideation and prototyping expert. They founded VirtuCath, LLC in 2025 and currently serve as the Principal Engineer. Mikhail has held senior roles at NOVO Engineering from 2017 to 2023 and at Philips in 2025, alongside prior experience as a Design Engineer at Cre8Play and a Development Engineer at Medtronic. They also completed internships at Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, Medical Electronic Systems, and Twin City Die Casting Inc. Mikhail earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and studied abroad at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
