Mukul Rocque

Mukul Rocque is a PMI certified Project Management Professional and SAFe certified Product Owner, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Philips Research since 2021. With over 11 years of experience, Mukul has a strong background in healthcare product lifecycle management, including customer needs identification and regulatory submissions. They have demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams to develop innovative patient monitoring solutions, contributing to clinical studies that involve hundreds of participants across multiple countries. Mukul holds a Master’s degree in Embedded Systems from Eindhoven University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Pune.
