Nico Steyaert

Nico Steyaert is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience at Philips, where responsibilities have included serving as the VP Global Head of Integrated People Services and leading HR initiatives across various domains such as mergers, acquisitions, and global transformations. Throughout a career spanning from 2000 to the present, Nico has focused on HR strategy and management, particularly in areas such as image-guided therapy and emerging markets. Prior to Philips, experience included roles at Vandemoortele and Philips Consumer Electronics, where significant HR management responsibilities were undertaken. Nico holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology from the University of Ghent and has completed additional education at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and The Wharton School.
