Niels Wolf

Niels Wolf is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in digital design and user-centered approaches across various industries. Currently serving as Global Lead Digital Design at Philips, Niels is a key member of the central design leadership team, driving the quality and activation of design systems and digital competence across consumer and clinical portfolios. Previous roles at Philips include Global Consumer Experience Director and Experience Design Director Innovation, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing digital services and leading high-performance design teams. Niels' earlier experience includes serving as Associate Creative Director at frog, Design Lead and Senior Experience Strategist at Nomads Agency, and entrepreneurial roles in digital marketing and design. Niels also has a background in academia, having lectured on digital experiences and product innovation at various institutions. Niels holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Hanze and has furthered education at the California College of the Arts.
