Ofer Lahav

Ofer Lahav is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance Lead at Philips since 2018, Ofer is responsible for test documentation, deliverables, and performance and load testing. Previously, Ofer held the position of QA Team Leader at Algoma Group from 2015 to 2018, where responsibilities included team management, establishing Agile work procedures, and generating testing summary reports. At Eshet Tours Group, Ofer also served as a QA Team Leader from 2014 to 2015, focusing on analyzing escalations and quality metrics. Ofer began a career in quality assurance as a Junior Manual Tester at Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank, conducting manual testing and producing test documentation. Ofer holds a TCQA in Quality Assurance from the Technion and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.
