Paula S. Sims

Paula S. Sims is a dynamic leader who has successfully built high-performance teams throughout a distinguished career. From 1998 to 2004, Paula held several key roles at Philips Healthcare, including Senior Director of Operations and Director of Commercial Supply Chain, where they managed large teams and ensured compliance with internal and external standards. Paula is currently retired in Snohomish, where they enjoy being an expert grandparent, gardener, and backyard birder. They hold a BA in Psychology from California State University, Stanislaus, and a MS in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
