Philip Held, PMP, is a Director of Product Sourcing Engineering at Philips, where they have been leading efforts in project management and supply chain procurement since 2022. With over 25 years of experience across various roles in the automotive and medical device industries, they have a proven track record of success in new product development and team management. Previously, Philip served as a Senior Procurement Engineer and Senior Manager in the Respiratory Care PMO at Philips, where they significantly improved operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a management emphasis at Youngstown State University. Philip also leads the Global Pride Employee Resource Group (ERG).
