Pinar Saglam

Pinar Saglam serves as the Vice President and Head of Finance (CFO) for the Image Guided Therapy Systems Business Unit at Philips, where responsibilities include leading the finance function for a global unit with EUR 2.5 billion in revenue and over 5,000 employees. With extensive experience in financial management and transformation across various roles within Philips and previous organizations, Pinar has successfully driven business growth, improved cash flow management, and led major transformation programs. Educational qualifications include an MBA from NIMBAS and multiple leadership programs from Philips University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University. Additionally, Pinar holds board representative positions at Trixell S.A.S. and InnovaFlex Foundry.
