Piotr Kosowski

Piotr Kosowski is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in recruitment and strategic advisory roles. Having held various positions at Philips, Piotr now serves as the Global Enabling Functions Talent Delivery Director and Talent Acquisition Business Partner, leading a global team and managing high-volume recruitment across multiple regions. Previously, at GE Capital, Piotr successfully led recruitment efforts during critical organizational transformations and significantly improved hiring manager satisfaction. Piotr began their career as a Junior Consultant at HAYS Poland and has developed expertise in optimizing recruitment strategies throughout their career. Piotr earned an M.A. in Sociology from the Uniwersytet Warszawski.
