Prasad Prabhakar

Prasad Prabhakar serves as the Talent Development Partner for the India Sub Continent at Philips since April 2022, focusing on talent development strategies and leadership pipeline creation. Previous roles include Principal Human Resources at Philips, where Prasad provided advisory support for R&D talent strategies and co-led the Inclusion and Diversity charter. Prior to Philips, Prasad was the Head of HR for Advanced, managing talent acquisition and fostering high engagement, and Partner at TalentMOJO HR Consulting Services, specializing in organization and HR transformation. Additional experience includes Director of Human Resources at Trianz, Manager at IGATE, and various HR positions at Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd, Infosys, Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, and Parishodhaks. Prasad holds an Advanced Certification in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, an MBA from Bangalore University, and a BSC in Computer Science from Bangalore University.
