They have successfully designed and led complex finance projects, focusing on R2R operations and governance, while managing diverse teams to achieve operational excellence. Currently, Preeti leads R2R operations at Philips, and previously held significant roles at The Chemours Company and Ericsson, where they enhanced stakeholder relationships and drove continuous improvements.
