Raffael Pinho

Raffael Pinho has extensive experience in marketing, e-commerce, and sales management across various prominent companies. At Rede Globo, Raffael served as the E-commerce Coordinator, overseeing the entire e-commerce process for Globo Marcas and developing dashboards to track KPIs. In a previous role at Sociedade Comercial e Importadora Hermes S.A., Raffael contributed to the launch of the CompraFacil website, managing media planning and market research. As Regional Sales Manager at Philips, Raffael maintained relationships with major clients across the South and Southeast regions, while also holding a Key Account position responsible for key accounts in Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, and Espírito Santo. Raffael's leadership skills were further demonstrated as the Coordinator of Pricing and Research at Casa & Vídeo, where positive feedback was received for leading a 12-member team. Raffael is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Estácio, following an MBA in Marketing from FGV and a degree in Advertising and Propaganda from ESPM.
