Reenajit Kaur

Reenajit Kaur has extensive experience in the healthcare and biomedical engineering sectors, having held various leadership roles at prominent organizations. At Philips, Reenajit served as Sr Director of Commercial Strategy, overseeing Hospital Patient Monitoring services with full P&L accountability and managing a team of approximately 260 personnel. Prior to this, Reenajit contributed to the company's business transformation efforts and led strategies for sales growth and new market entry. Earlier roles included Product Manager at BD, Clinical Engineer at New York Presbyterian Hospital, and an internship with Medtronic focused on portfolio management. Reenajit holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and advanced degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Malaya and The University of Connecticut.
