Reid Burch

Reid Burch has extensive experience in global service and support leadership, currently serving as the Global Service and Support Leader for Philips Cloud Operations since May 2006, overseeing a team responsible for the Philips HealthSuite Digital Platform and Remote Services Network. Burch has held several positions within Philips, including Senior Manager of Support Operations and Team Lead of Technical Support Operations, focusing on service management, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction. Prior to Philips, Burch held various IT management roles in healthcare settings, including Interim Director of IT at Rockdale Medical Center and Technical Project Leader at Southern Regional Medical Center. Burch holds a BS in Management Information Systems from Mercer University and several relevant certifications, including ITIL Foundation and IT Project+. Additionally, Reid Burch contributes to local governance as Vice Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of McDonough, Georgia.
