Reinier Lap

Reinier Lap is currently the Project Lead for Pre-development Shaving at Philips, a role they have held since 2015. Previously, they served as a Lead Product Development Engineer at Philips Consumer Lifestyle from 2014 to 2015. Reinier also has a background in project management and industrial design, having worked as a Project Manager at Pezy Product Innovation and in various leadership roles in development. Reinier holds two degrees in Mechanical Engineering, one from Hanze (1990-1994) and another from Twente University (1994-1998).
