Rob de Graaf has held various roles in innovation and business development. They served as an Assistant Professor at Nyenrode Business Universiteit from 2008 to 2012 and as an Assistant Professor of Innovation & ICT at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from 2005 to 2009. Rob worked as a Business Development Manager at Ericsson from 1999 to 2001 and led innovation efforts as a Director at Philips from 2013 to 2018, currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Innovation Engineering with the company since 2022. As an Innovation Entrepreneur & Facilitator at deINNOgraaf from 2005 to 2012, Rob also contributed to the PDMA.NL organization in various capacities from 2009 to 2012. They earned multiple degrees from Eindhoven University of Technology, culminating in a Doctorate.
