Rob Leenders has extensive experience in service management and business process optimization, currently serving as Domain Lead and Business Process Expert at Philips since October 2015, focusing on embedding Service Level Management processes. Previously, Rob held the role of Global Service Manager at Philips, overseeing services for the HealthTech Care area and managing the global contact center and telephony service. With a career at Philips Electronics Netherlands BV from 2001 to 2015, Rob contributed as Infrastructure & Operations Manager and Senior Manager in various capacities, including contract negotiations and IT infrastructure management. Earlier, Rob worked as a Senior Consultant at Teladin Consultancy BV, managing large teams and implementing ITIL processes. Rob holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and has further education from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
