Roman Mushenko is a Market Leader for IGT Devices at Philips, overseeing business unit management across Russia and the CIS region. With a strong background in business development, Roman has held various leadership roles, including at Smith & Nephew and Johnson & Johnson, where they were responsible for P&L management, team leadership, and strategic planning. Roman's educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Biology and Soil Sciences, a Master’s in Organization Management, and an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics. Currently, Roman continues to drive innovation and strategic initiatives within the MedTech industry.
