Rubia Schroeder

Rubia Schroeder, MSc, is currently the Director of Portfolio Management at Philips, where they utilize their extensive experience in project and customer engagement management. Previously, Rubia served as a Customer Engagement Director at Amdocs and held various positions, including System Analyst and Team Leader at Compusoft Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, and Project Management Team Leader at Softplan. They are pursuing both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, along with further education in Project Management at the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo.
