Sandy Spaan

Sandy Spaan is currently the Product Design Center Lead for Color, Material, and Finishing at Philips, where they focus on harmonizing design strategies across personal and health care sectors. Sandy has extensive experience in color consulting, having previously held senior design consultant roles at Philips and worked on CMF trends and technologies across various business units. They began their career as a conservator and hostess at Peter van den Braken Centrum and have since cultivated a passion for integrating holistic approaches through their training as an acupuncturist. Sandy holds multiple qualifications, including a bachelor's degree in Man and Identity from Design Academy Eindhoven and certifications in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
