Sara Era

Sara Era has extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, holding various managerial positions at notable companies. At Roche from April 2015 to February 2018, Sara served as a Sr. Payer Strategy Manager, Regional Access Manager, Product Manager for MabThera®, and Value Strategy Manager. Currently, Sara is the Diversity & Inclusion Business Leader for Italy at Philips, a role held since August 2021, following a position as Long Term Strategic Partnership & Business Development Manager at Philips starting in October 2018. Additionally, Sara gained experience as a Payer Evidence Solutions Trainee at GSK in 2011 and as a consultant at Centro Istruttorie S.p.a in late 2010. Sara holds a Laurea II Livello in Scienze Economiche from Università degli Studi di Cagliari and a Master in Management per la Sanità from SDA Bocconi.
