Saskia Verbunt

Saskia Verbunt is an experienced professional in health technology and sustainability, currently serving as the Access to Care Program Director at Philips since November 2018, where the focus is on improving healthcare access for underserved communities in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Prior roles at Philips include Access to Care Program Manager and Senior Consultant for Sustainability, emphasizing partnerships in low- and middle-income countries. As Co-founder of Bright Future Lab, Saskia developed educational tools for the Blue Economy philosophy. Extensive project management experience at VBDO involved facilitating dialogues on sustainability with major Dutch companies and research initiatives. Earlier roles include venture development at Cool Endeavour and market research for renewable energy in Angola.
