Scott Heiling

Scott Heiling is the Global Director of Product Industrialization Operations at Philips, where they lead multi plant operations and champion process improvement through employee engagement. With a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain management, Scott has effectively built teams and driven projects to completion on time and within budget. Prior to their current role, Scott served as a Manufacturing and Supply Chain Consultant at Heiling Optimization and held various engineering and management positions in organizations such as Unisys and The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
