Sean Luenz

Sean Luenz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as the MLD Change Lead at Philips since February 2021, Sean specializes in technical change management within the infant feeding product category. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Philip Morris International, focused on facilities and process improvements, and as Project Lead Engineer at thyssenkrupp Presta AG, where Sean managed new developments for high-volume products like I-shafts for the Ford F-150. Additionally, Sean has a background in product development for major automotive clients and began a career as an intern at Fachhochschule Lübeck, contributing to design projects for children's medical devices. Sean holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Kansas and is pursuing an MBA at IU International University of Applied Sciences.
