Previously, they served as the Associate Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Stryker (Suzhou) Medical Technology Co., Ltd. from 2008 to 2018, overseeing quality standards and regulatory audits. Serena has also held leadership roles in the regulatory affairs and quality assurance sectors at Fast Guard Medical Reagent (Suzhou) Company and an end-to-end solution provider between 2004 and 2020.
