Shenggen Xia

Shenggen Xia is currently the Operation Excellence Regional Leader for Philips in the APAC region, where they facilitate internal site productivity improvements and key supplier development. Previously, Shenggen held various leadership roles, including Operations Director at Zhejiang Yankon Group, where they managed multiple factories and focused on cost, quality, and efficiency. Their extensive experience within Philips includes serving as a Supplier Development Excellence Director, conducting lean assessments for numerous suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities. Shenggen earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology.
