Sian Cardy

Sian Cardy is currently a Branding Workshop Facilitator at Puck Creations, where they assist teams in defining their brand identity using Google's Brand Sprint process. Previously, Sian held various engineering roles at Cummins Inc., where they advanced from Design Engineer to Senior Design Engineer, leading cross-functional teams on New Product Development projects. Sian volunteered as a Design Engineer with Po Paraguay to create low-cost prosthetic legs and has traveled extensively, mentoring engineers and volunteering with NGOs throughout Latin America and Europe. Sian earned a first-class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast and participated in an international exchange program at the University of Alberta.
