Soeun (Estella) Park is currently the Regulatory Affairs Lead for Korea at Philips and also serves as the APACMed Regulatory Digital Vice-chair. With a background in Biomedical Engineering, Soeun earned a Bachelor's degree from Inje University and a Master's degree from Kyung Hee University. Previous experience includes roles as a Quality Manager at B.Braun Korea and as a consultant in regulatory affairs and GMP. Additionally, Soeun chaired the KMDIA Regulatory Digital Health Committee from 2022 to 2024.
