Soumya De is an HR leader currently serving as HR Director for the Growth Region Personal Health at Philips since March 2022, overseeing a significant €800 million topline across multiple regions including Japan, ANZ, APAC, LATAM, META, and the Indian Subcontinent. Previously, Soumya held various roles at Kohler Co., including Senior Manager of Global HR Experience Design, and HR Business Partner for South Asia. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Marico Ltd., where responsibilities spanned plant HR management and expatriate HR functions in Bangladesh, as well as internship roles at Procter & Gamble and Torrent Pharmaceuticals. Soumya’s educational background includes an MBA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BTech in Chemical Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology.
