Stefan Toonen

Stefan Toonen is a Senior Development Engineer at Philips, where they have been working since 2013 in a dynamic high-tech environment, providing technical solutions for both internal and external customers. Previously, Stefan held roles as a Composite Engineer at Philips Healthcare and a Composite Design Engineer at VDL Fibertech Industries, contributing to the development of advanced fiber-reinforced composite products. Their early career included positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at DAF Trucks NV and DYMO Engineering, as well as a Junior Mechanical Engineer at Industrieel Ontwerpburo JJDesign. Stefan obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 1996 and earned a Greenbelt certification in Design for Six Sigma in 2007.
