Steve Manker

Steve Manker is an accomplished program management leader with extensive experience in the medical technology industry. Currently serving as Program Management Office Leader and Senior Director of Program Management at Philips since February 2021, Steve previously held several key roles at Medtronic from April 2009 to January 2021, including Senior Program Director and Senior Site Director, where responsibilities encompassed the leadership of program managers, management of R&D budgets, and oversight of complex product integrations and operational transitions. Earlier roles at Medtronic included Engineering Director, Program Manager, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager, contributing to the advancement of neuromodulation technologies and processes. Steve's career also includes positions at vt Process Technology & Controls and 3M, focusing on design and engineering projects. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
