Steve Mroch

Steve Mroch is the Director of Engineering at Philips, where they focus on product development and life cycle management. Previously, they served as a Senior Engineering Manager, and between 2008 and 2011, they were a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Elliott Group, Ebara Corp, where they led significant process improvements. From 2011 to 2020, Mroch held the position of Supply Manager at Siemens, achieving notable reductions in supplier failure rates. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
