Stuart Gillespie

Stuart Gillespie is a Service Delivery Manager at Philips Health Systems, where they have been managing a team of 16 field service engineers in the radiology imaging systems sector since 2014. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a significant role in overhauling the customer service organization, Stuart has effectively overseen operations across Scotland and the North East of England. Prior to this, they held various positions at Stryker, including Managed Services Team Leader and Field Service Engineer, where they developed exceptional customer relationships and managed the service and repair of medical systems throughout the UK and Ireland. Stuart earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University in 2001.
