Susan Slaton

Susan Slaton possesses extensive experience in reimbursement strategy and health policy across multiple sectors of the healthcare industry. Currently, Susan serves as Director of Health Policy and Reimbursement at Philips, overseeing strategies for diverse medical technologies while acting as the primary liaison with CMS on policy matters. Prior to Philips, Susan held senior roles at Medtronic, including Senior Director of Reimbursement Policy and Health Economics, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive reimbursement strategies for various medical operating units. Previously, positions at Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, EMD Serono, Inc., Novant Health, and Lash Group included developing and managing reimbursement, market access, and pricing strategies. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in HealthCare Administration from Pfeiffer University.
