Tabe Aardema

Tabe Aardema has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the high-tech and consulting sectors, most recently serving as Program Director Q&R Study and Senior Consultant at Philips from August 2019 to October 2020. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Program Manager at NXP Semiconductors, as well as multiple senior consulting positions at Philips, where Tabe Aardema contributed to supporting management teams by addressing business challenges in the Innovation & Operations Consulting team. Tabe Aardema also held leadership positions at Thales Netherlands as Director of Operations and Director of Business Line Optronics, and at ASML as Director of Program Management and Director of Strategic Sourcing. Education includes a PhD in Physics from Technische Universiteit Eindhoven and an Executive Master of Management & Organisation (Cum Laude) from TiasNimbas Business School, among various additional certificates in business and marketing management.
