Tamika Brown is a seasoned supply chain professional with over 15 years of experience in order management and continuous improvement across automotive, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in the Center of Excellence & Transformation at Philips, Tamika manages a team of subject matter experts to drive process improvements and achieve operational goals. Previously, Tamika held various leadership roles at Philips, including Senior Manager of Order Fulfillment and Manager of Order Management, where they excelled in enhancing customer satisfaction and achieving productivity targets. Tamika earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University.
