Tim Manning

Tim Manning is currently the Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Philips, a position held since 2015. Prior to this role, Tim served as Counsel at Tucker Ellis LLP from 2013 to 2015 and was a Partner at Renner, Otto, Boisselle & Sklar from 2003 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Tim worked as an Associate at both Benesch Law and Arter & Hadden LLP from 1996 to 1999 and 1999 to 2003, respectively. Tim earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall College of Law between 1994 and 1998, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at Cleveland State University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics at John Carroll University.
